2. Card Payment
Once you have completed your personal details during the checkout process, you will then be taken to Worldpay to complete the secure payment.
3. Postage and Packing
Free delivery on orders over £20 within the UK, under £20 you will be charged £3.95.
International postage and packing charges will depend on weight and will be shown when you checkout.
If we need to send more than one shipment from one order within the UK, we will charge the full postage charge with the first shipment, and back orders will be sent with no extra postage charge. For international orders we will send just one shipment – we will notify you by email.
4. Delivery Details
Orders are sent First Class by Royal Mail within the UK, unless the order is very heavy or bulky, then it may go by Parcelforce.
5. Returns
If the item is not as you expected you are welcome to return it within 28 days for a refund, provided the item is in perfect saleable condition. Please email or phone us first. Please make sure to include your name and address, and whether you would like a refund or exchange for the item. We are unable to accept for return items ordered specially as a special order, or cut fabrics lengths. If we have sent the wrong item in error we will refund or replace, and pay for the return postage of the item.
6. Prices
Prices may be subject to change at any time, as the suppliers that we deal with change their prices at different times of the year. Prices include VAT at the current rate. Our VAT registration number is GB 860 3936 16.
7. Problems
If something is wrong with your delivery, or any items are missing, please email or phone to let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. We are only human, and some orders may be complicated!
8. Disclaimer
Blue Haze Arts & Crafts can accept no responsibility for the performance of products we supply, as the conditions of use are beyond our control. Some of the dyed products are hand-dyed, and we cannot be held responsible for colours running or fading.
Please test any product out first on the materials that you intend to use for your main project. Please check fabrics for flaws before cutting, sewing or painting.
If products supplied are faulty we will happily refund or replace them, but cannot give refunds towards other items used.
9. Be Careful!
Always supervise children when using heat, chemicals, or anything sharp or dangerous. Please always read the manufacturer’s instructions.
